About the Study
Title: Exploring the Effect of the Transcendental Meditation® Technique on Migraine Intensity and Frequency: A Single Arm Pilot Study
This single arm pilot study investigates the effect of TM on migraine prevention and management. Participants with a history of migraines will receive training in the TM technique and will be instructed to practice it twice a day with 20 minutes of TM each time.

The study aims to contribute to the existing knowledge of alternative medicine and specifically on the effectiveness of TM as a complementary therapy for migraine prevention and management. If the results demonstrate a significant reduction in the frequency, duration, and severity of migraines in the TM group, this research could have important implications for the use of TM as a non-pharmacological treatment option for those suffering with migraines.
